We interrupt our regularly scheduled profile of the WQAQ Spring Concert lineup to announce something totally awesome: Jimmy McMillan is coming to Quinnipiac! You may know him best as the leader of The Rent is Too Damn High Party, former gubernatorial candidate for New York state and mayoral candidate for NYC! McMillan has already declared 2012 Presidential candidacy and is a total character.

Be sure to join us on April 21st at 7pm in the Quinnipiac University Grand Courtroom (in the Law School) to discuss America’s problems and what can be done to fix them.

Hello everyone, do browse our fancy new website! We hope to make this a portal to all things WQAQ within the coming weeks, focusing on contributions from our management staff as well as the general staff! So expect posts about new musics, worldly goings-on, and other such things. We’re doing things through Tumblr now, so if you don’t have one already, be sure to sign up and follow us! Check back in tomorrow at around 4pm, where we’ll be announcing the 2011 Spring Concert lineup! Our general staff meeting is in Buckman Theater at 4pm, and ticket info will be posted both here and under the “Spring Concert” tab above! It’s going to be a good one, so get excited!
